This 4-week summer class at Queens College was built with OER textbooks and freely accessible readings, primarily Resonances by Esther Morgan-Ellis. The course site features: a “Syllabus” tab; a “Course Schedule” tab with week-by-week due dates and linked readings; a Reflection Posts tab where students respond to each reflection post prompt using the “comment” feature; a “Quizzes” tab where links to online quizzes are posted; and a “how-to guide” for using the Commons.
